Wendy the Enviromentally Friendly Witch
Wendy help her forest friends to combat key environmental issues. Young children can identify with the characters and be involved in a new story about important issues such as deforestation.
Sing for Songbirds
Sing for Songbirds was a conservation programme run by Chester Zoo school outreach team in 2018.
I was employed as a creative teacher on the team, going in to several primary schools highlighting the plight of endangered songbirds. Children learned to print from leaves which they made into birds which they enjoyed adding to my hand painted displays.
